Yes, private rooms are available at an additional cost and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Each room is equipped with complimentary cable hook-up. Residents wishing to coordinate phone services should bring the equipment with them and contact the local provider for services. Residents are responsible for all telephone services and residents are responsible for providing their own TV.
All linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are laundered by the facility and included in the daily service charge. Personal laundry may be cared for by the facility or by family or friends at their home. There is no additional cost to have the facility launder personal clothing. All personal clothing must be labeled with the resident’s name.
With approval from the Administrator and in line with the facility policies, residents may be permitted to bring a small refrigerator with them.
You can voice your problem or concern with any facility staff member, and they will direct you to the appropriate person to address your concern.
Pets are always welcome to visit as long as they are on a leash and have a current and verifiable vaccination record.
Our facility provides an independent barber/beautician contractor according to the residents needs. Posted hours and days may vary. Residents are responsible for all fees associated with this service.
Through advance scheduling, our facility coordinates transportation for medical appointments in the community.
Yes. Residents are permitted to smoke in line with our facility Smoking Policy, which is distributed upon admission.
